Bartender/foh Manager

WHAT THE PHO, an upscale Noodle Bar & Tiki Bar is opening in Manchester soon on Elm Street in the middle of Restaurant Row. We are looking for an experienced BARTENDER/FOH MANAGER to take control of our beverage program and FOH management. This is going to be a busy spot with Tiki and Craft Cocktails, innovative Asian Fusion appetizers, Pho, Noodle Bowls, Rice Bowls, and Banh Mi Sandwiches. Responsibilities include ordering, inventory, scheduling, training new staff, and overall bar management. We are a small, 50-seat non-corporate restaurant with a 14-seat bar open for lunch and dinner. We are inclusive and are committed to a "Positive Vibes Only" work culture, atmosphere, and the respectful treatment of all staff members. This position will include the best bar shifts for optimum tips as well as a salary.
