Project Manager – Office - For Historical Restoration & Roofing Company
We do Residential/Commercial roofing as well as Historical Restoration.
We are seeking an Office Assistant/Project Manager. to handle many different types of Restoration and roofing projects, from full roof replacement to repairs as wells as building restoration projects large and small. Our projects are within MA, NH and ME.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- On site coordination with our team of labors as well as all Subcontractors.
- Provide written and verbal communication with the labor teams and subcontractors on daily basis and report all progress to Owner
- Assist Owner with managing and updating project schedules and project budgets.
- Communication with clients and homeowners via status update emails and phone calls.
- Communication and coordination with all office manager and team members.
- Assist owner with estimating new projects, generating new proposals, change orders, and all other project management documentation.
- This role requires this person to be on site, sometimes several different sites.
- When not on site or attending other meetings, this person will be working in the office following up with invoicing, estimating and or other office duties.
Skillset:
- Must be familiar with construction terminology and construction methods and practices.
- Must be Familiar with Excel, Word and basic office tools.
- Must be familiar with navigating local material supply companies (lumber, roofing/siding, and others) and comfortable coordinating purchases and deliveries. At times materials can be moderately heavy.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Compensation:
- Salary - to be determined based on experience.
