This role provides an opportunity to gain hands on experience in training program development, compliance, and brand education working across both beverage-alcohol (bev-alc) and non-alc brands.Availability: Candidates must be available for all 11 weeks
Timeframe: May 19 – August 1, 2025
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break
Location: In-person: Two days per week at Enthuse Marketing, Hudson Yards, NYC
                 Remote: Three days per week
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Collaborate With the Team: Work closely with the team to develop visually engaging content for educational programs, presentations, and marketing materials, to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and educational objectives.Maintain Brand Consistency: Develop templates and ensure all visuals reflect the company’s identity and values.Participate in Brainstorms: Assist in developing ideas for innovative storytelling.Will attend and observe internal meetings and under supervision, support the design, delivery, engagement and/or evaluation of in-house learning initiativesDevelopment. Lead strategy, development, and implementation of the following:New hire assessment of brand/category knowledge and presentation skillsLearning and development for each hire, in partnership with field employeesProvide feedback from live, virtual, written and recorded training sessions.
