Marketing & Communications - Graphics Intern

AECOM is seeking a Marketing and Communications- Graphics Intern working with our graphics marketing team to be based in New York, NY. Core responsibilities include graphic design of covers and tabs, charts, schedules, etc; document layout; photo editing/re-touching; and design of presentations.This position is expected to begin in June 2025.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Works with marketing and technical staff in the production of proposals and presentations using AECOM brand standards for layout, type, and colorDesign, layout, photo retouching and illustration of a wild range of infographics for covers, proposals, presentations, boards, brochures, etc.Supports New York metro Marketing Manager, Senior Graphics Manager and Marketing LeadsAbility to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlinesIn-house production for brochures, proposals, and presentationsInternships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional.Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of studyWork with a variety of technical and marketing staff to support proposals and presentationsSupport content development by designing graphics and collateral materialsWorks under general supervision and collaboration with the graphics and marketing teamThis position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include a combination of in-office presence and virtual/telecommute based in New York.
