Reporting to the Director, Marketing – Creative Partnerships, as the Manager, Marketing you will support the team in driving revenue as consultative partners to Sales and Clients through deep knowledge of our partners’ business, the assets across NBCU, and the power to unlock the most strategic, innovative, and lucrative marketing recommendations.You will manage and support Ad Sales marketing accounts from end-to-end including the following:Develop marketing strategies that leverage consumer, cultural and category insights. Collaborate cross-functionally to strategize and develop marketing partnerships utilizing assets across Comcast NBCUniversal.Drive both proactive and RFP responses that naturally align Comcast NBCUniversal IP with advertiser objectives and insights.  Establish and manage project deliverables including but not limited to mapping out project milestones. Craft engaging visual storytelling that weaves insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and other design applications. Steward execution of sold marketing campaigns across single and multi-channel marketing solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external advertising clients by continually communicating expectations and negotiating satisfying resolutions to operational challenges as needed throughout the project life-cycle.Cultivate relationships and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal partners: sales, creative and development teams, design, and research. Participate in media/marketing calls with advertisers and/or agencies to identify client needs, lead internal briefing sessions of cross-disciplinary teams, develop response proposals ensuring content ideas are purposeful, on-brand, and on-strategy, and pitch ideas succinctly & effectively.  Collaborate with internal and external design resources to create custom design assets for marketing materials, inclusive of pre-sale and recap decks. Utilize project management tools (e.g.Monday.com) in collaboration with internal teams to track workflows. Track performance of marketing campaigns in collaboration with research, planning, and sales.Work directly with finance and sales to manage client billing for show partnerships. Stay updated on competitive market, industry insights, ad sales marketplace trends and potential growth areas while sharing key insights with internal teams to identify potential growth opportunities. Manage marketing status documents, trackers and support with other administrative needs (i.e. create meeting agendas, annotate & distribute meeting recap notes).
