Education and Events Lead - Eataly Downtown

The Education and Events Lead is a food enthusiast who passionately engages guests in Eataly’s mission through events and educational programming. Reports to the Marketing Manager.Plans, schedules and executes public and private events including: specialized cooking/wine/food knowledge classes, group reservations, buyouts, press events, tastings and private receptionsSupervises staff members during events to ensure smooth executionWrites and monitors class descriptions; compiles instructor biographies, Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) and sales contracts; creates class registration pages onlineFosters accountability in departments and interdepartmental collaboration when planning eventsBuilds and manages client lists and relationshipsPerforms other duties as required or assignedEnsures in store communication is up to standards and follows the brand guidelines.Utilizes tools and systems provided to produce in store signages where needed and necessary. (i.e. Events materials, Posters, Flyers for campaigns). Oversees in store installations.
