You’ll also have the chance to meet other students, recent graduates, and AECOM professionals from across our business lines.On Thursday and Friday, interviews will take place at our New York office. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about and connect with AECOM for early career opportunities.AECOM is actively seeking a bright and highly motivated Entry-Level Process Mechanical Water/Wastewater Designer for employment in our Water Business Line based out of our New York, NY office.This is a project-based engineering position to assist and support Wastewater/Water Design, Design-Build and Program Management Projects. The Position will work with Project Managers and other technical disciplines on all project phases including Facility Planning, Design, Procurement, Construction and Close Out. Work will include assisting with the management and coordination of design projects on municipal Wastewater/Water facilities.This position is expected to begin in Spring/Summer 2026.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Prepare design drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules.Develop detailed process flow diagrams (PFD). Support the development of the Revit model for each project.Support the daily Revit model management, administration and maintenance.Help to develop BIM Content:  Families such as parametric, formula nested and type catalogs.Support linked views and others in multiple models situation.Provide REVIT MEP, Architecture and Structural support.Coordinate with other in-house engineering disciplines as neededIdentifies discrepancies in results.Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.
