Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:Manage the day-to-day operations of the rooms division, overseeing  housekeeping, front office and guest services to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.Lead and motivate a diverse team of housekeeping and front office professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellence in service delivery.Implement and uphold high standards of guest service, ensuring that all guests experience a seamless check-in, comfortable stay, and efficient check-out process.Conduct regular inspections to maintain and enhance the quality of guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to brand standards.Collaborate with revenue management to optimize room revenue through effective pricing strategies, promotions, and upselling initiatives.Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments such as sales, marketing, and maintenance to ensure a holistic approach to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000
