From your PASSION to oursWorking closely with the siggi’s brand team and other internal and external resources, the Associate Brand Manager supports the brand in managing the elements of the marketing mix (strategy, brand, packaging, promotion, business analysis and research) to ensure that the company’s products and brands meet identified consumer needs and business objectives.This position is hybrid and will require the candidate to live locally and be onsite 3 days a week. From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:

Support the development and management of marketing strategies and plans for assigned product lines

Manage implementation of advertising, packaging, and consumer research projects to support strategies and objectives

Manage implementation of promotional and marketing programs

Work closely and at times lead projects with sales, finance, creative, R&D, operations and logistics as part of a cross-functional team

Manage marketing budgets to support recommended activities

Analyze brand and company performance utilizing internal and external data sources to publish monthly business updates

Track competitive positioning, products, brands, marketing and promotion activities and spending

From your STORY to oursQualified applicants will contribute the following:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA a plus

1-3 years brand/product marketing experience preferably in consumer-packaged goods and/or in a related industry

Understanding of marketing principles with a passion for marketing and brand building

Analytical approach with ability to create data-driven recommendations

Excellent project management skills and high attention to detail, including ability to manage multiple tasks & deadlines, and prioritize against the most important business drivers

Strong communication skills to drive persuasion and influence with leadership and cross-functional teams

Team player with a “can do” attitude and willingness to forge strong cross-functional relationships

Desire to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment

Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of syndicated database analysis programs (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) a plus.
