Where is the work:This position has been designated as remote within the geographical area .Job Summary:Greater Northeast Trane is hiring for a Remote Services Manager - Digital to join our team. In this role, you will function as regional service manager for our remote support services team, as well as be a member of our regional Digital Services leadership team focused on developing and deploying our regional digital strategy.Responsibilities:

Oversee the service coordination function for our remote services team to respond efficiently to customers, ensure technicians’ training and skill level is appropriately balanced to service customers, and leverage resources across the region.

Evaluate technician headcount and training needs based on agreement base and growth expectations.

Effectively manage a team of remote support technicians across the region and develop employee skill levels, including customer service, process and technical skills to the highest degree possible.

Elevate the customer experience through identifying gaps in our delivery to customers and lead the team to timely solutions in resolving customer issues.

Partner with Digital and Area Sales Leaders to support the growth of our Digital business while continuing to adapt our deliverables to improve the customer experience.

Interpret monthly key performance metrics to evaluate performance and initiate countermeasure efforts when performance falls below target.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in an industrial sales business setting. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in managing teams of people leaders, processes, and budgets.

Experience managing a completely remote team preferred.

Knowledge of Trane’s Digital offerings preferred.

Base salary: $125,000-145,000 with bonus incentiveWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
