Incumbent will manage a team consisting of case managers and administrative assistant(s). Incumbent provides training, mentoring and performance management to staff to ensure program goals and timelines are met according to agency standards, and is responsible for completing the duties and tasks of staff during extended absences, staff vacancies and other unforeseen circumstances.
