The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services. In this job, 75% of the work will be focused on operations and 25% on administrative tasks.

Requires at least 2 years of experience in maintenance

Requires 1-2 years of experience in a management role

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling up to 50 pounds and/or extended walking and standing

Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision

The ability to multi-task is a must
