We are looking for a construction lead to oversee carpentry work on various projects. You will lead the crew, ensuring projects are completed on time, within the budget as set forth by the contractor, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the on-site crew.
- Read and understand blueprints and other written and verbal building specifications.
- Plan and execute building tasks.
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with general contractor/company owners, and subcontractors.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Maintain purchase records for materials purchased by the crew and submit them to the Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a construction lead
- Strong carpentry skills and knowledge.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and engineering documents.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
