East West Hospitality at Old Greenwood in Truckee, California is seeking an Engineering Supervisor responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical systems, interiors and exteriors of rental units, homecare units and keeping Association buildings in good condition to ensure a satisfactory guest experience.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Supervise team of Building Maintenance Technicians.
In the absence of the director, direct department daily operations.
Inspect and maintain all mechanical systems.
Provide plumbing, electrical, appliance and AV troubleshooting and repair.
Provide painting and sheet rock installation and repair.
Perform preventive maintenance checklists on association equipment.
Perform annual preventive maintenance checks on individual units on our programs.
Fulfill guest and owner requests for work and document any work done.
Provide tile and grout installation and repair.
Order and inventory maintenance supplies.
In the absence of the Director, respond to emergencies requiring maintenance presence on site.
Participate in the on-call maintenance program.
OTHER DUTIES:
Additional duties and special projects as requested and or assigned.
Because of the fluctuating demands of the operation, it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, employees will be expected to help others when the occasion arises. Accordingly, employees may be expected to perform other tasks not specifically addressed above.

Minimum Requirements
Requires management, customer service, computer and craftsmen quality experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must have a valid driver's license.
$30-$32/hour
