Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at West Coast AV & Security, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with builders and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-person sales appointments, showcasing our products/services and addressing the unique needs of our clients. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can handle a busy workload with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-person sales appointments with builders and customers.

- Showcase and demonstrate products/services effectively.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Respond promptly to all correspondence, including phone calls and emails.

- Complete paperwork timely and accurately.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales approaches.

- Other office duties as needed and assigned.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is recommended, but not required.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Professional demeanor and appearance.

- Willingness to travel for in-person sales appointments.

Requirements:

- At a minimum, proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Word, and other CRM software.

- Computer and general office equipment experience.

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
