Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various channels.

- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations, demonstrating the effectiveness and benefits of our AI voice bots in telemarketing.

- Performance Analysis: Work closely with the data team to analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine sales strategies and improve AI bot efficiency.

- Feedback and Collaboration: Provide feedback to the product development team to aid in the evolution of our AI technology based on client needs and market trends.

- Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and telemarketing to ensure CallSpark remains at the forefront of the industry.

- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed set sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team and company.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in telemarketing or a technology-related field.

- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
