Alpen Tree Experts in Truckee CA is seeking a qualified person to help with full time, year round administrative work. We pride ourselves on amazing customer service and keen attention to detail. We want you if you're super self-motivated and will represent our company as if you owned it. Duties will include, but not be limited to scheduling projects and estimates, answering the phone with a smile, responding to emails promptly and professionally, configuring and sending invoices and contracts, as well as handling company files, insurance certificates, etc.
This is a year round, salaried position. Hours will be 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday with the ability to work from home. Our busy season is May through November with lighter work loads in the off season. We do not work on major holidays.
Qualified candidates must own a reliable computer, be able to pass a background check, be proficient in Quickbooks and Docusign, have familiarity with CRM software such as Jobber as well as being well rounded in general software knowledge. You must also have great phone/customer service skills and the ability to type at least 50 words per minute with at least 98 percent accuracy. You are the type of person who thinks 5 minutes early is "on time". You are honest, accountable and truly care about your teammates and our customers. Positive attitude is a must, especially with our crazy scheduling and business.
