Manager: Warehouse Director
General Description: Perform a variety of duties to support customer service and warehouse to ensure the highest quality products for our customers. Perform visual inspections to maintain quality standards and requirements.
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly Employee
Essential Functions:
Work closely with customer service personnel and outside vendors.
Assure what is received from customer matches the RA and serial number by reviewing the paperwork and matching it in the electronic system.
Provide timely information to customer service personnel and obtain information to move product both physically and electronically.
Move product physically and electronically.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to visually identify defects and missing information on paperwork and in electronic system.
Ability to write and follow standard work instructions.
Ensure quality procedures are followed and inform Warehouse Director and customer service personnel if there is anything needed to move forward with a resolution for a firearm, replacement or final disposition.
Proactively support the movement of product by communicating with the Warehouse Director, customer service personnel and outside vendors.
Follow company policies and procedures and comply with standard safety rules and regulations.
Strong Computer skills needed; Word, Excel, Power point.
Warehouse support includes but is not limited to; Incoming product inspection, inventory, cycle counts, prepare product for shipping and tracking firearms.
Assist Warehouse Director with projects as assigned.
Able to perform independently and/or with a team.
Perform general housekeeping duties in assigned areas
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of experience in a warehouse and/or production setting.
Organization and ability to multi-task.

Physical Demands: Required to lift up to 70-80 pounds, walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear protective gear when applicable. Able to acclimate to warehouse climate changes.
