POSITION: Quality Control Assistant
TYPE: Full time regular Monday-Friday. Some Weekends
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum age is 18 due to insurance purposes.
Prior production experience preferred.
Able to use/understand CAD software(produce and read drawings)
Must be able to use dimensional measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, mechanical and electronic indicators, gage blocks, etc.) to verify that completed work conforms to specifications
Employer conducts background check and drug test.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Verify first article inspection meet the criteria of the customer’s drawings or samples prior to packaging for delivery to customer, collaborate with Production Manager and the Quality Assurance Manager when criteria does not meet customer requirements. Perform periodic inspections of running parts to ensure that the product meets required tolerance, examine material or products surfaces for cosmetic defects.
