Maintenance person needed with experience with Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Painting, and other misc. general trades. Person must be able to climb a ladder, be comfortable with heights, able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
Must have a vehicle and Drivers License.
Must be a self starter with great communication.
This is a Seasonal Part Time Job, 30-40 Hrs per week.
