We have been in business for over 43 years and opened our Express Lube a little over 8 years ago. Below is our job description. Pay is based off of experience and is negotiable. The Auto Doctor is open Monday thru Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with weekends off.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Thoroughly and accurately inspect (Complete inspection forms), maintain and repair vehicles. PSI, Tread depths, brakes, belts, fluids, leaks, etc…
▪ Work efficiently meeting deadlines and using time wisely.
▪ Perform high quality work with few to no comebacks (<1%).
▪ Prioritize work to complete jobs in a timely manner and effectively use work space.
▪ Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
▪ Keep current with training and maintain required certification to stay sharp in skills, education and changes in industry and automobiles.
▪ Practice proper safety in all aspects of your job. Safely operate equipment and use of tools.
▪ Maintain an organized, neat and safe work environment.
▪ Utilizes safety equipment and safe guards properly
▪ Performs other duties as assigned by management
Working Conditions and Uniform:
Working conditions: Back Shop (Temperature varies with season.)
Maintain a personal well kept appearance (Neat Hair, facial hair trimmed)
Clean and neat Auto Doctor uniform at the beginning of each day
Minimum Education/Experience:
● High School Education

● Willing to complete a minimum of 2 course annually for job related skills.
Physical Requirements:
● requires high energy and ability to move about the entire shop and grounds quickly.
● Heavy lifting and long periods of standing
