Maintenance Manager needed for apartment community in Reno NV.
Monday thru Friday. WEEKENDS AS NEEDED
These are full time positions. Candidates must have a minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, install, and drywall. HVAC, CPO certification is required for this position.
Apartment Maintenance Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
Replacing carpets and wooden floors
Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in communal areas.
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
coordinate schedule between office, vendors, and maintenance team
delegate work to maximize efficiency
