MUST LIVE ON SITE. ABSOLUTELY NO COUPLES OR CHILDREN
PRIVATE RESIDENCE
I need dependable help, a self starter who would like to live in the country, loves animals, can maintain a schedule and wake up early, work in any weather & be part of a cohesive pleasant group all working for the same goal.
Must have a valid drivers license, registered vehicle and a source of income.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily help 6 days a week (typically a couple hours a day, but will schedule around an outside job.
60 hrs per month required living quarters trade. 1 Week day off.

Fence Building and Repair
Painting
Install Small Sink
Water Trees
Little Plumbing repairs (broken hoses/pipes)
Minor Construction Projects
Birdhouse Roof Covering
Small Concrete Path construction
Chores must be done completely and on time as agreed for each project.
This is a private residence.
We have a horse club and 13 horses on a cozy little 1 acre ranch.
Pigeons are my pet project.
WE NEED SOMEONE WILLING TO ASSIST WITH ANIMAL CARE IN AN EMERGENCY
We have a horse care person and a bird care person and we overlap on occasion if needed
SUMMARY
A stable source of income is required. There is plenty of time for your day or night job for living income.
Registered vehicle and valid drivers license required.
Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol.
