Part-Time Female Caregiver Needed

We are looking for a female caregiver to tend to my Mother-in-Law, Nola. She is 80yo, spicy, quiet, easy going and paralyzed on the right side. She needs someone to change her diaper, make a meal, give her a bed bath, foot care, nails, hair grooming and general companionship. We need someone 2 hrs/ day from 12pm-2pm Monday-Friday and occasionally an hourly or over night weekend stay. We would pay $17/hr to start the first 30 days and if we all decide it's a good fit, pay could go up from there. Weekend stays would be a lump sum we would agree upon. We are looking for someone who is medium energy, loves dogs, has some sort of caregiving background (not required) can cook, clean, change diapers, lift 50lbs, has a good head on their shoulders for emergencies and is extremely reliable and communicates well in advance. We will be doing a background check so keep that in mind. No smoking of any kind, no drugs, no children, no additional pets.
