Caregiver/tutor/mother's helper/nanny/babysitter

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and kind caregiver/tutor for our special need 14 year old daughter. Our daughter is sweet, friendly and has no tantrum or aggressive behavior. She needs assistance/supervision with activities such as toileting, bathing, dressing and learning. We are currently homeschooling her and we are teaching her age appropriate curriculum, using online apps. She is learning from online apps while we sit with her .We do walks and daily exercises with her. We live in a ranch in Southwest Suburban Reno, right next to lovely trails and a beautiful nature. We do outdoors/nature activities like hiking and swimming at Lake Tahoe. Our daughter goes for long walks in our South suburban Reno neighborhood trails everyday, which is fun and will keep you healthy. We also need help with the house work such as vacuuming, doing laundry and light cleaning. We basically need a pair of extra hands, as if there are 2 moms at home! We also have an independent 15 year old son who may occasionally need to be dropped off and picked up from his school, which is nearby . We will pay for you gas if you use your car to run errands for us. However, you need to have your own reliable car. We have a dog so you need to be comfortable with dogs.
