We are seeking talented, detail-oriented, and passionate individuals with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude to join our team at Caples Lake Resort. We are a small team looking for positive, constructive, and solution-oriented individuals who are happy to do whatever it takes to ensure an amazing experience for our guests.
This position is for the Summer of 2024 to Mid October with the possibility of Winter employment beginning in the end of November/early December.

Job Qualifications:
Experience/ Knowledge:
Bartending skills (Beer/wine only)
Server skills
Bussing skills
We are open to training for the right individuals with limited experience.
Full/part-time positions available.
Skills/Aptitudes:
Must possess a positive, "can do" attitude
Ability to take direction.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Must be self-motivated, and organized.
Have serv-safe food handling card and TIPS for bartending.
Commitment to quality service.
Must be able to work nights, some weekends and holidays.
Full/part-time positions available.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
