COME TAKE A TOUR AND BECOME PART OF OUR AMAZING TEAM!The beautiful Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is growing and seeking more great Therapists to help guide our patients on their journey of recovery!This position is a Monday-Friday position. Hours may vary.The Therapist position will work with our adolescent patients. Hours are from 830am-5pm Monday-Friday. Outpatient is closed on 6 holidays. New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Family Day, and Christmas Day. Clinician is able to create curriculum for the group off of evidenced based modalities. Clinician will continue the alumni group for patients that have completed treatment on Wednesday @5PM.Provides psycho-therapeutic services to patients and their families, and serves as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families.Evaluates patient data, develops and implements a plan of care for the patient.Completes progress notes and discharge plans in a timely fashion.Ensures compliance with all treatment plan requirements including weekly review and updates with the patient. Documents treatment provided to patients in their medical record based on established case management guidelines. Completes all reports for suspected abuse as legally mandated and consistently informs supervisor.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Social Work or similar field required. Clinical Intern-Licensure or Full Licensure Minimum one (1) year previous experience as a therapist preferred.History of working/running groups.Benefits:We proudly offer the following:
