Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries with outstanding service. Implement and manage a system for scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for different departments. Maintain meticulous records and organize documents for easy retrieval and reference. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, utilizing your skills in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication across departments. Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving processes and streamlining operations. Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and management, using Microsoft Word and Outlook. Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by the team.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls Strong customer service skills and experience Expertise in data entry tasks Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Knowledge of dispatching and order management processes Experience in order entry and maintaining work orders Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
