Locally owned Self Storage Company is looking to hire a part-time assistant facility manager for our Sparks location. Work days are Sunday and Monday 9am to 5pm
We are looking for an individual who is energetic, professional and outgoing. We need a self-starter who has excellent sales skills, is a good team player and has superb customer service abilities. He/she aggressively contributes to profitability while staying committed to customer satisfaction. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.
Experience is desired but not required. Special consideration will be given to those who have experience with SiteLink, but we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Showing and renting storage units
Collecting and posting rent payments
Enforcing company policy
Courtesy/collection calls
Customer service and sales
Filing paperwork, mailing legal notices
Light maintenance throughout the facility
Inspecting and cleaning out storage units
Cleaning up property including sweeping, picking up debris, etc.
Perform lock checks
Position requires sitting for long periods and some light lifting.
This position starts at $22 per hour
