Job description:

Asst. Apartment Staffing Coordinator is needed to assist with with sourcing for all areas CA., NV, NC, AZ, CO, WA.

Sourcing using Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Craigslist, Facebook employment sites.

Identifying qualified applicants for proper placement, scheduling of temporary assignments for apartment communities

Asst. Staffing Coordinator must be able to communicate with temporary staff as well different levels of management. Must be proficient in employment laws. E-Verify , background, full cycle from application to placement. Must have written and communications skills, since they will be working closely with job applicants, field employees, and the placement of candidates. Time collection each week to support payroll in weekly processing. Bilingual a plus.

Knowledge of software, Timeworks a plus. Looking for 2 part time position leading into fulltime.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

Staffing Coordinator must be able to work well under pressure and have the capability to work discreetly with confidential information.

.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Discuss job requirements with your temporary staff employee

-Use company provided software.

-Daily support for check ins and Check outs

-Assist with time collection each week to ensure that your temporary staff processes payroll
