Jeff's Roofing, a well-established roofing contractor, in business over 30 years is currently seeking a part-time, mostly work from home, customer service specialist to join the team
Under the direction of the Owner, they will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and managing work orders/roof repair leads.
Organizing/Collaborating/Scheduling/Delegating/Efficient Routing Assignments to team members.
Project Tracking - ensuring jobs are being attended to and scheduled appropriately

Requirements
At least 1-year administrative/dispatch experience preferably in the construction industry
Outstanding professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to both collaborate and work independently $25.00-$30.00/hr plus bonuses.
Bilingual a plus
