Immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative/Billing Specialist.
The shift will be 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities
Answering customers' calls and emails. Dispatch calls to the appropriate associate.
Manages and streamlines the billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation, while also resolving billing issues and communicating effectively with clients. Handle daily receivables, posting to customer accounts. Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding their billing and payment issues.
Prepare, update, and dispense the monthly, weekly, and quarterly invoices.
Expected hours: 40 per week.
Pay $20.00-$22.00 per hour.
