30 Year Residential Maintenance Company located in North Lake Tahoe Specializing in Handyman/Remodel/Housekeeping/Yard Maintenance/Landscaping/Snow Removal is looking for a General Manager to run day to day operations for our Team of 35-40 employees. Experience in Construction, Customer Services and Business Operations are all required to fullfill this position.
REQUIREMENTS-
1. This business runs on QuickBooks and full knowledge of generating estimates, tracking projects/customers and maintaining records
is essential.
2. Prospective Manager must be able to clearly communicate with Supervisors, Employees and Customers while providing a high level
of support to each of these.
3. All Candidates will need experienced in creating and presenting project cost estimates to clients for all aspects of the business.
4. Canidates must hold or be able to complete an OSHA 30 Compliance Certificate and be able to lead OSHA training seminars.
5. General Manage must be able to work with owners on Annual Budgets and Planning for equipment, materials and staffing needs.
6. This position requires a high level of daily multitasking, problem resolution and keeping staff motivated, safe and productive.
