Part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper
Only a select few have what it takes to manage and be proficient in working with multiple accounting clients. We are currently looking for that person to join our team.

Offer virtual and on-site accounting services, bookkeeping and controller services.
Have a passion for helping businesses with their accounting and bookkeeping needs.
Believe in working smart and enjoying the beautiful Tahoe Sierras.
Clients range from professional services, contractors, medical, non-profits, retail, restaurants,
various trades and individuals.
Who you are:
Have a passion for working with business owners on their accounting needs.
Has a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Understand what a full charge bookkeeper is.
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, inventory, sales tax,
reconciliations, general ledgers, financial statements.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications,
knowledge in QuickBooks Online a plus.
Clear communication.
Works independently, and in a team environment.
Implements solutions.
Willingness to take on other role’s administration roles and duties.
Meets deadlines, before the actual deadline.
Gets it done, correctly type of person.
