Dynagraphics is seeking a full-time accountant (at least 40h/week) to join our team. Qualified applicants should have a strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting, experience in commercial printing, and familiar with EPMS software is a plus. Responsibilities include:
Handle day-to-day accounting duties in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
Document business transactions, invoicing customers and collecting payments.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
Run and work on balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and other reports.
Monthly cash reconciliation, month-end closing and year-end auditing.
High-level of attention to accuracy and details.
Support administrative duties as necessary.
Possess a positive work ethic and a drive to participate as a member of the team.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Accounting
Bookkeeping experience (at least 1 year)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Understand accrual basis of accounting.
Read and analyze technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Excellent time management skills
Adept critical thinking and problem-solving skills
