Plumb Zebra is looking for a skilled plumber to help us open a new franchise location in Las Vegas. We are looking for a plumber with a good work ethic, friendly demeanor, who can sell jobs, win clients, and work on their own.
About the Opportunity:
You will be running your own van and fulfilling service calls mostly within 40 minutes or less of your home. Additionally you will be helping us recruit new customers and plumbers in the Vegas area. We have a well-established call center/dispatch that will handle scheduling, invoicing, and pricing with an easy-to-use software interface. We have a comprehensive marketing plan ready for Las Vegas and the surrounding area, including online and direct marketing. This is a franchise opportunity where you will keep substantially more of each sale compared to a commission-based position, although there are some risks and costs associated with opening a franchise.
Requirements:
You will need a Nevada Plumbing License. You will also need your own tools. Training lasts about a week. If you are able to do so, we invite you visit our primary business in Spokane, WA and ride along with one of our experienced plumbers, or we can do training via Zoom. Our model focuses on happy customers, low overhead expenses, minimal administration hassle, and top earning potential.
