- Manufacture, Install, repair, create and maintain systems in food trucks/trailers/carts and commercial settings.
- Diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems and recommend repairs in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Staff as needed.
Electrician: Must know 110V-240V connections & installations.
Must know how to determine the power a kitchen needs based on appliance amps.
Plumber: Must be familiar with ABS plumbing supplies, water pump/water heater installation.
Welder: Must know how to weld stainless steel, and regular steel.
