We are seeking a Counter Sales Associates (BILINGUAL) for an automotive paint supply store in Las Vegas, NV to hire immediately. Automotive Paint Supply Experience is required, you will be responsible for selling products, merchandising, cleaning as well as stocking. Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock
- Enter and process customer purchases
- Ability to resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean environment
- Keep store stocked at all times
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
- Pull purchased parts from stock.
- If the part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency order if requested by the customer or tech.
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Assist outside sales reps with their orders.
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
- Notify service desk and the customer that ordered parts have been received.
- Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean, near and clearly labeled.
- Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with customers and co-workers.
- Keep front and rear counters clean and uncluttered.
- Keep current on new products and product updates.
- Participate in available training programs.
- Deliver Orders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive paint supplies sales, cashiering, customer service and more
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Refinish Technical Support (resolving paint/coating issues): 2 years (Preferred)
- Collison Automotive Paint experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Color match/application issues/paint defect: 1 year (Preferred)
- Paint mixing systems: 2 years (Preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong up-sale skills
- Strong cash handling skills
- Strong computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License with access to reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
