We are a small Industrial hardware store. No hardware background required, but looking for someone who is friendly and willing to learn. Must be able to lift boxes and climb ladders. Customer Service (Counter Clerk)
Responsibilities include:
Provide quick and friendly customer service.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Restock inventory upon delivery.
Communicate with co-workers, managers and customers.
Answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Perform tasks assigned by Supervisors.
Requirements:
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be able to show up on time and be ready to work.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility.
Must be able to stand for long hours.
Lifting Requirements: 40 pounds
