AT RESYS REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, OUR EXPECTATION IS TO CREATE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR LANDLORDS AND TENANTS, WHILE PRODUCING A POSITIVE PERCEPTION OF THE COMPANY AND ITS STAFF. WE PROVIDE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHILE PERFORMING ALL DUTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMPANY’S POLICIES, PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES. THIS POSITION IS PART-TIME. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS A SHARP EYE FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE THAT CAN DRIVE TO NUMEROUS LOCATIONS AROUND THE GREATER LAS VEGAS REGION TO PROVIDE PROPERTY CONDITION UPDATES. TENANTS MAY OR MAY NOT BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THESE WALKTHROUGHS.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive to numerous properties, as scheduled, to perform walkthroughs with the intention of evaluating property condition, appearance, and cleanliness
Visually identify any potential repairs, damage, code violations, and preventive maintenance items
Create reports for findings and share with office staff and landlords
Deliver notices or other items to various destinations
Schedule appointments with existing tenants to perform walkthroughs
Maintain and manage a regular rotating schedule of properties to check annually
Use a computer to utilize the customer relation program (CRM), send/receive emails, upload photos, and manage schedule
Create work orders in the CRM based on the observations from the walkthrough
Provide updates to office staff regarding property conditions and provide recommendations that relate to property management and leasing
Arrive to properties in a timely and punctual manner
Reply to clients regarding any questions about a walkthrough as needed
Must be able to complete any other duties as required by management
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must have an active Nevada driver’s license
Must have a functional motor vehicle that is up to code per the Nevada DMV
Must have up to date vehicle registration and insurance
Must have great customer service skills
Must have great communication skills
Must have a flexible schedule
Must be willing to enter into numerous types of dwellings
Must be able to problem solve under pressure
Must be honest, respectful, professional, efficient and friendly while working with both customers and coworkers alike
Must be able to use cell phone technology
Must be able to complete any other work as required by management
