ConAm Management Corporation has positions available for Community Managers. This is a critical leadership position with a broad range of responsibilities. With direction and support of a Regional Portfolio Manager, the Community Manager is responsible for overall community performance. Duties include staffing, resident relations, budget compliance and generally maintaining and enhancing the value of the community.
Qualified Candidates will have a solid background in property management, with minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
