Administrative Assistant Needed
Must haves:
Good Excel and Word skills
Good telephone, written and professional communication skills
Compassionate, good can-do attitude a must
Helpful:
Social media knowledge helpful but not necessary
Accounting/payroll knowledge helpful but not necessary
Real Estate knowledge helpful but not necessary
Health care industry knowledge helpful but not necessary
Will assist 3 busy individuals, including a Real Estate Agent, Home Health House Manager and Payroll Accountant. This is a great stepping stone for any ambitious and goal-driven individual who wants to learn all of any of the 3 Industries: Real Estate, Accounting and Health Care.
Duties include:
Real Estate:
Social media
Draft and order marketing brochure
Make showing appointments for the agent
Maintain agent's weekly schedule
Cold calls
Home Health Care:
Order office/home/food supplies
Schedule doctor's appointments
Make monthly activity and menu calendar
Plan weekly caregiver work schedule
Assist house manager with other administrative duties
Home Health Care Accountant:
Light payroll accounting
Send invoices
Book receipts
Make deposits as needed
Other tasks as needed
Office is located inside a busy Residential Home office, and is located near Rainbow and Flamingo in the Spring Valley area. Interview by appointment only.
Part time to full time. Minimum of 16 hour a week, full time preferred. Pays $15+ an hour depending on experience.
Must be punctual, reliable and dependable, and must have reliable transportation to get to work.
