Job Description:
1. Manage daily office tasks, such as answering phone calls, handling emails, organizing and filing documents, etc.
2. Assist in handling internal administrative affairs and support the daily work of various departments.
3. Maintain and update company documents and filing systems to ensure the accuracy and completeness of files.
4. Arrange and coordinate various tasks, and prepare necessary materials.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. High school diploma or above, with a preference for those with a background in secretarial studies or administrative management.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, with priority given to candidates with experience as an office clerk or administrative assistant.
3. Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
4. Strong communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and a team-oriented spirit.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle a certain level of work pressure.
6. Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
