RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
· Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, filtering communications and handling inquiries as appropriate.
· Proactively in prioritizing tasks as needed.
· Assist with personal errands.
· Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and business engagements.
· Anticipate the CEO’s needs and take the initiative to address them, ensuring that everything runs smoothly with minimal direction.
· Drive the CEO to various business destinations within Las Vegas and California, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
· Be available to assist the CEO outside of standard business hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
· A minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal assistant, preferably to an executive.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
· High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
· Ability to work independently with little guidance and to take full initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
· Flexibility and availability to work outside of standard office hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and technology-savvy.
· A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
