Position Status: Full-Time

Pay Range: $18/hour

Position Title: Administrative/Operations Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Earlier start times may be required on stage and de-stage days and assisting stagers on site

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Administrative/Operations Assistant to support our owner with daily tasks and project management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. This role requires strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to handle both office and light physical warehouse responsibilities.

Must-Have Skills and Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong computer skills (Mac) and internet research ability

High level of organization and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Comfortable working independently and with a team

Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience with calendar management, scheduling, and project follow-through

Key Responsibilities

Answering calls in a friendly and professional manner

Booking and scheduling appointments for team members

Managing email communications and client follow-ups

Assisting with the creation of proposals and documents

Maintaining calendars and keeping the owner on track

Supporting social media and marketing efforts

Coordinating travel, meetings, and staging events

Working in and out of the warehouse as needed

Assisting in onboarding and training of other staff

Delivering excellent customer service to clients and vendors

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous administrative or operations experience preferred

Familiarity with home staging or real estate industry is a plus

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations

Valid driver’s license required and transportation to and from work

Must be US citizen or have a working permit

Physical Requirements

Able to be on your feet for extended periods

Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs.

Able to work in warehouse conditions (dust, temperature changes, etc.)

Work Environment

This role is a blend of office and warehouse work. You will split your time between administrative duties at a desk and hands-on support in our staging warehouse and field operations.
