Accounts Receivable / In-House Accountant & Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Expert Only)
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89117 “On-site”
Type: Full-Time
Company: Dispenza
Read this carefully—this role is not for beginners.
Dispenza is looking for a no-nonsense, detail-obsessed, and results-driven in-house accountant who is a QuickBooks power user and an expert in full-charge bookkeeping. We are not here to train you. We need someone who can walk in, take ownership, and ensure our books and receivables are handled with total accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
You must have the skill, confidence, and knowledge to legally and correctly manage all aspects of our books.
What You’ll Do:
Take full control of accounts receivable—follow up with clients, send invoices, and collect payment without hesitation
Maintain all bookkeeping responsibilities including:
Accurate recording of income, expenses, and vendor payments
Bank and credit card reconciliations
General ledger maintenance
Journal entries and month-end closing
Preparing and organizing financial records for tax purposes
Use QuickBooks daily—flawlessly and efficiently
Keep our financials clean, compliant, and audit-ready at all times
Assist with payroll and support the current payroll process—with potential to take over this function in full
What You Must Bring:
Fluent, advanced QuickBooks skills (no exceptions—we will test you)
Solid knowledge of bookkeeping best practices and legal compliance
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
A pit bull mentality when it comes to collecting money owed
Experience managing the books for a growing company
Strong grasp of payroll and accounting fundamentals
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
A valid, up-to-date CPA license is a strong plus (preferred but not required)
This is not a learning position. We need someone who already knows exactly what they're doing and can take the reins now.
If that’s you, and you can prove it, send your resume and a short note about your experience to [email protected]. Dispenza is hiring fast—come correct.
