Aviation Ground Fueling and Filtration distributor is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/office manager. We are looking for a bookkeeper/office manager for a 1/2 time to grow into full time. You will be responsible for basic office management, incoming and outgoing mail, dealing with vendors and depositing checks.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily recordation of Sales Orders and preparation of Invoices and Packing Lists
A/P, A/R and office administration
Collections
Will function as right-hand person to owner
Provide general support in form of answering phones
Maintain accounting files in neat, orderly fashion
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be skilled in Quickbooks, Excel and general use of computer
Must be a perfectionist by nature, there is little tolerance for financial sloppiness.
Must have good communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
Must have excellent work habits and take pride and ownership in duties
