Under general supervision, the production lead will perform tasks involved in the manufacturing of plastic water bottles. The lead will coordinate the daily distribution of the production personnel to the filling / production lines to maintain quality and machine up time. This lead role is a hands-on role and will spend 100% of his/her time on the production floor assisting the team.
Qualifications: 2 years leadership experience, Mold Technician experience, general math skills, basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
Walking and standing for the duration of shift.
Handle bottles, caps and other types of components for long periods of time.
Must be able to wear the required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time.
