Position Overview: The Shop Lead will supervise a team within a shop setting in the coordination and preparation of exhibit projects for one client team. This is a strong team leader who will be responsible for communicating with internal partners to flawlessly execute projects within the shop, as well as occasional travel to show sites to supervise the installation and dismantlement of exhibits.Responsibilities:Lead a shop team to successfully support a specific client teamPull and prep booth properties for shipment, including but not limited to minor repairs, cleaning, inventory management, packaging, confirming graphicsCommunicate with Account Managers and Project Managers for important information pertaining to the successful execution of projectsOccasionally supervise install and dismantling at show siteOther duties as assignedQualifications: 5+ years in a lead supervisor role, either on a show floor or within a shopTradeshow/exhibit industry experience requiredI & D experience requiredOccasional travel requiredStrong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team playerAbility to operate within a fast-paced environment Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Google Drive and Microsoft OfficeCompany Overview:Sparks is a live + digital brand experience agency.
