I need someone to caulk 2-4 areas on 2X6 trimming boards, sand, and replace 2 trim boards on roofing, that are cracked and compromised due to weather, and repaint area along east side of my house to comply with my hoa needs in gated community. I will pay by the job. This is a small job, but might take >day to complete in order for the caulking/paint to dry to finish. You must provide 2 replacement boards, exterior white paint (not quite 1/2 gallon), wood caulking, sand paper, your own ladder (I have a ladder if you prefer). Please come out and bid on the job. Must be able to take Zelle payment. Bonus upon completion if work done well.
